He is very worried about when he will no longer be able to work, for as small as the paycheck is, it is very important for him and his wife. There is no social security to provide a pension or retirement plan for people like Antonio. Because he has worked all of his life in the informal sector, he has no potential of receiving income from any source to enable him to stop working. He and his family depend on the small income that he currently earns.
